My mom and I always went here when she was alive. Delicious diner style food good service but you will wait a little while to get seated sometimes. It is kind of small.

Love Northside Grill! This is one of my favorite diners in Ann Arbor. I have pleasant memories of coming here over the years with friends. I really love the blueberry oat bran pancakes here. The omelettes are also very tasty. I usually like to ''make my own" where you can pick three or more ingredients out of a list to customize your own omelette. There's also a nice outdoor seating area and bike rack nearby available. Service was friendly. The ambiance is chill and casual. Good spot to hang out with friends and family. Will definitely be back!

Food was always good and sufficient. Cost was always doable! Service I loved those girls they were always on top of their game and sweet to us! They always worked hard and did their job! Ambiance was busy all the time and always a line because they were on top of their game! We haven't been there in over 6 years but I didn't do a review for some reason!

They were so crowded, I had to get takeout but the owner offered me their delightful patio. Everyone was kind and considerate. My turkey. BLT was absolutely delicious as was my iced coffee. I look forward to coming here again.

Monday late morning breakfast. Great breakfast. Veggie omelette, breakfast burrito and hash brown. Mexican scramble was also pretty good. The dark coffee is pretty strong. Beware. If you aren't ready for it, you may need the Med Center across the street. :) If you have 3 people in your party get a table. The booths are tight for any more than 2. Service was ok. Not great but the place was busy.

Wanted to get a standard brunch, and this place was definitely on the radar for places to try. It was Sunday so we were anticipating for a crazy wait time, but fortunately, we only had to wait for 10-15 min. I love the cozy, no frills vibe this establishment had. We got the Huron Sampler, the potato pancake, and the Lowertown breakfast sandwich. The Huron sampler was an immense amount of food, and it was all delicious. I particularly enjoyed the corn beef hash and would come back just for that! The potato pancake is something that more establishments need on their menu as it's delicious. The pancake was well seasoned, and the pairing of apple sauce and sour cream sounds bizarre but was tasty for sure! I only got a bite of the Lowertown but the taste was surprisingly reminiscent of a good burger.

I've always passed north side grill but never tried as my experience at dining at diner were that the foods are typically very heavy and greasy, and I don't always feel great afterwards. Notthside grill was an exception to this we ordered the Big Easy skillet which had fresh dusted veggies and protein. The mushroom and onions were just sauted to right level where it had a nice crunch and chew. Generous portions great customer service, located right next to beautiful trails allow for perfect Sunday breakfast and walk! I will be returning to try more items on the menu!

Came to the Northside Grill On a Thursday morning. At 10 o'clock it wasn't very busy. We were seated and proceeded to get a fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee. This home feeling restaurant has a lot of options to choose from. The omelette was fluffy and savory.

Northside Grill is a cherished Ann Arbor establishment that we frequently order for takeout. Recently, we had the pleasure of dining in-person and it did not disappoint. We arrived on a weekend around 11 AM to find the restaurant bustling with customers, resulting in a 15-minute wait. However, the free coffee service in the patio area more than made up for it. The restaurant exudes a charming, old-school diner ambiance, and the food is nothing short of amazing. We indulged in the Potato Pancakes, Blueberry Pancakes, Veggie Reubenesque sandwiches, and Kitchen Sink without eggs. Every dish was delectable, and the service was prompt and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend Northside Grill.
